Helicopter (Because Bloc Party Is Playing)

This colour scheme is getting a little too pasty for me.
Vacation is almost over; Monday starts early and ends late for me, with a 3-hour break in between during which time I don't know what to do because it's fasting month. I mean, I could write, or claim a spot in the corner of the studio and be in my own world and do some arty stuff. Or maybe just sit there and rot. So to speak. But then I'd feel like such a waste of space for wasting that much time — anyway, that's not the point.
See, this is when I think how lovely it'd be if I had a PSP. At least, I could get my football fix. Or a Kindle so I could read my e-books.
By the way, I'm quite intimidated by the size of charcoal paper that my lecturer told to get: A0 or 2 pieces of size A1. I'm like, What the hell are we drawing, man? Are we doing still-life magnified by ten?
And to make it worse, we're working with charcoal. Charcoal. I think I'm pretty bad with working with that thing. It's hard to control and with every stroke, I always have specks of charcoal bits left on the support and, forgetting that I'm not working with pencils, I blew it away and — ASDFGHJKL;
Where there were specks of charcoal bits before were now trails of black. And I get really flustered with everything after that.
So yeah, quite intimidated, but excited as well, but then I wished I had more vacation time because I've been working for what felt like forever. Then I remember that in whatever situation I'm in, someone, somewhere, is worst off than me.
So this is me just being grateful.
Like I've been told to be.
And to end this post:
Bananas. Canaries. Pikachus.
I laughed when I saw this. I just find it hilarious.
I just love this team. I really do.
