Wants & Excitement
Saturday 28 May 2011 | 1:17 am

I want a Kate Spade bag; to read the next chapter of Je Ne Sais Pas; paint the Eiffel Tower over an old canvas in bright colours so I could hang it on my bedroom wall; finish reading Survivor and start on Haunted; and write my series of 50 Vignettes.

I am quite saddened by the fact that my weekends are once again unexciting. Football season is over. It ends when I'm on school vacation and the new season starts when school resumes.

Oh, woe is me.

Speaking of school, my appeal in change of major has been approved. Man, I was so relieved! After what the man had said at the debriefing, I was such in a foul mood — worried, scared and angry all at once. It was said to be very unlikely that the appeal would be successful and I was like, do not freak the freaking freak out.

It didn't help that a friend was grating on my nerves. I ended up not responding to her at all. I know that I have to see the Sculpture maestro; I was just told. Don't be annoying, thank you very much.
Goodbye Sculpture;
hello Western Painting.

Oh! Germany is playing Uruguay on Sunday morning. That would be me not sleeping on Saturday — at all. Bring on the good times. Let's just pretend it's July 10, 2010 again.

Yay.

WTF Moment: Orange-Tinted Vacation
Thursday 19 May 2011 | 4:16 pm

Not going into details about this twisted dream but there was a nun and the one with royal blood coursing through his veins. We took the car and got lost. Drove down an alley and saw a man pushing a cart the other way. He was dirty — face smudged with dirt and grey hair unkempt. I don't remember asking for directions but we reversed and drove away.

But in my dream, I was still in the alley. Not physically. It's like I'm the camera and I'm seeing the man walking away with that cart.

From the other side, a woman walked into the frame. She was unsteady on her feet like she was drunk. Just as she was passing the man, she accidentally stepped into a puddle of water and splashed some on the man.

He got angry. He pulled something from the cart — a hammer?

Something that could do serious damage.

He hit her on the head once. She yelped in surprise and then freaked out at the sight of blood on her hand. And then came the second blow. Third. It continued even when she was already on the ground, bloodied.

Dead.

And then he walked away.

WTF Moment #…I don't even know.
Wednesday 18 May 2011 | 10:25 am

I dreamt that Benz was in my class (or some kind of seminar, I don't know) and made kissing faces at me that made me go what the hell. I'm pretty sure Híguain was there, too.

Then I woke up.

Lola was being noisy — as usual. She dismembered my tiger's tail, dragged it all over the bedroom and somehow moved the basket where all of my other bears are sitting under my desk. My tiger ended up under the bed. I also found out that Chuck Palahniuk's Survivor paperback is, well, damaged. The cover is all folded up from me rolling on it during sleep — and I didn't even bookmark it.

Must remember to place all books on the floor before going to sleep.

I cry for you, Book.

I watched Fast and Furious 5 (or Fast 5 — still need some getting used to that name) on Monday. I was hoping to watch Priest with Fake but since she couldn't do midnight and because she lives in the West, postponing it seemed appropriate. So I watched Fast 5 with my sister, but we were a little too near to the screen which troubled me because if I'm watching Fast and Furious, I need to take in every little detail. Moving on.

Fast 5 is the most exciting, I must say. My favourite one would have to be the vault scene. Action from start to finish — and a cliffhanger after the credits. Spoiler alert! HOW IS LETTY EVEN ALIVE?

I love Fast 5. I went home happy just because it's in Brazil, there's a funny Don Omar, Taboo playing in the market scene and Danza Kuduro playing near the end. There were lots of shooting, too and wreckage.

Oh, wreckage.

Whilst doing my short write-up for my final semestral painting, I'd strayed to football Tumblr and found out that Nuri Sahin has signed a 6-year contract with Real Madrid.

IS THIS REAL LIFE OR…

I miss football.
