I Own Your Heart
Sunday 13 December 2009 | 12:06 am

I was planning a house for The Sims 3 in the living room when Adam Lambert decided to come on the TV in all of his, uh, rock-glam glory. I had to abandon my house plan and stare because "I like what I see". No, it wasn't Lambert. Well, not so much. His hair is awesome, though. Like, it's that other kind of dark and sexy.

Anyway, it was really the theme of the video — all dark and flashes of silver and velvet.

Very vampire club-ish.

(I got some ideas from his lines.

Cheers.)

What the Bleep II
Sunday 6 December 2009 | 11:30 am

Oh, I was so close to buying the MacBook last night.

So close, damn it!

But the first sign that I should probably give myself a little more time to actually think this through was the fact that the salesman said the MacBook was out of stock. Second sign: I would have to wait another ten days for its availability. No problem. I've been waiting since I was 16. Third sign: That bleeping man actually recommended the MacBook Pro.

Now I simply can't decide between the two.

And what's there to think about? I just want the MacBook!

Physical-wise, I like the MacBook more than the other one because it's white. It looks so clean, not to mention glossy and also by far the cheapest notebook of all notebooks as far as Apple is concerned. Oh, and 250 GB hard drive.

MacBook Pro, on the other hand, is...aluminum. Cringe. Enough said. And just painful to look at because there's a black frame on the screen and when you look down, hey, you've got an aluminum body. Yes, I'm picky like that. Though, performance-wise, the Pro wins but with a 160 GB hard drive. And costs $500 more than the Macbook.

Bleh!

I want the MacBook so bad but the MacBook Pro is screaming, "Pick me! Pick me! Pick me!"

Fuck you, Pro.
