It's not that I don't know about this; I do. It's just that I don't realize it, you know? It's hard to explain.

So, from now on, I will no longer eat:

any type of cheese (rennet is an enzyme that is collected from the stomach of a milk-fed calf). Adieu, Cheddar. Adieu, Parmesan.
gummy candies made with gelatin (= a protein produced by partial hydrolysis of collagen extracted from the bones, connective tissues, organs, and some intestines of animals such as the domesticated cattle, and horses) Adieu awesome candies. I'll switch to fruits.
